FCA warns against ADG Placement, Capital City Holdings, London Investment Management and Stephen Strugnell

The Financial Conduct Authority has identified four new investment services that are not regulated.

The first warning is about ADG Placement that is offering investments into cryptocurrencies. The company is allegedly based in Britain, but has no licence to provide this kind of services.

The other warnings are about Capital City Holdings, London Investment Management (londoninvestmentmanagement.co.uk) and Stephen Strugnell. These are companies that offer investment services and investment advice, but have no necessary authorization. None of these companies is regulated.

We recommend using regulated brokers only.

  1. Contacted this week by Stephen Strugnell offering 12% returns in bonds. These guys say they are regulated but a quick check on FCA website shows a warning they are not. Block their number.

  2. Sadly I also was contacted by these guys and invested with them. I received a monthly payment for 6 months and then the payments stopped I tried to contact on all contact details, phone, email etc and cannot get in touch with them. I fear I have lost my investment, I have reported to Action Fraud and also FCA but as they are not regulated don’t think I have any comeback. I am devastated !
