UK’s financial regulator, the FCA, has alerted the public about the activities of more unlicensed brokers.
Bulloption says it is based in London, however it is not authorized by the FCA to provide investment services.
The important thing is that Investing Capital is based in Bulgaria and it has no license to provide investment services. This is why the FCA has warned against it.
Omega FX does not even say in which country it is based, which clearly indicates that it is not regulated. The FCA has confirmed that this broker is not regulated.
Finix Capital is based in Estonia, it is not regulated and despite this fact it is seeking clients in regulated countries like the UK. This activity has earned it a place on the blacklist of the FCA.
Like all the other brokers from this review IGS is not regulated, even if it is saying the opposite on its website. The FCA has confirmed that this broker is not authorized to provide investment services.
Other unregulated services
Beside the above-mentioned broker the FCA has also placed on its blacklist the following services. Among them you will find trading signals providers for example. These services are not authorized:
- Indigo Patrimoine
- T.U Markets
- Infinity FX / Luke Trades FX
- Pro FX Signal Alerts
- Thompson-Russo Securities
- Orion Wealth Management
- Argyle Group
For trading we recommend using regulated brokers only.
