The British Financial Conduct Authority’s latest additions to the blacklist are Financial.org and RVS (Revolution Variable Systems).
Financial.org is an educational service in finance. It teaches people how to trade financial markets and its new FOINS blockchain platform seems to facilitate financial transactions.
FCA is persuaded that Financial.org is providing financial services, but as it has no authorization to do so in Britain (and other countries with financial regulation), so it placed it on its blacklist.
The same findings apply to Revolution Variable Systems (RVS). They provide trading systems for Forex and other markets, but are not regulated, although they have to. Therefore, RVS is now on the FCA blacklist too.
We recommend trading with regulated companies only.
